Step 2: Complete & Submit Client Intake Form
Step 3: Patient receives phone call to review any questions prior to booking.
Step 4: Patient receives customized Service Agreement & *Preliminary Invoice for Review & Approval. (*Preliminary invoice is for 50% deposit only. A second invoice will be sent prior to service provided)
Step 5: Patient signs & returns customized Service Agreement & pay 50% Non-Refundable Deposit.

Safe & secure valet service to and from your medical appointment. Servicing the Henderson, NV area.

Package 2:
Essential Recovery Support
4 hours of care after your treatment. Includes: Tidying up your recovery area to help maintain a hygienic environment. Light meal preparation & hydration support. Assistance with medication reminders as directed by your healthcare provider.
Package 3:
Comprehensive Care
8 hours of care after your treatment and including: one local errand / medication pick up. Assistance with hygiene, dressing, positioning & comfort. Tidying up your recovery area to help maintain a hygienic environment. Light meal preparation & hydration support. Assistance with medication reminders as directed by your healthcare provider.
Package 4:
24-hr Recovery Care
Round the clock supervision after your treatment. Includes: Two local errands / medication pick up. Assistance with hygiene, dressing, positioning, and comfort. Tidying up your recovery area to help maintain a hygienic environment. Light meal preparation & hydration support. Night-time care to ensure your safety and comfort and assistance with medication reminders as directed by your healthcare provider.
